Stainex – Bleach

DESCRIPTION

STAINEX is a highly concentrated infinitely soluble stabilized liquid chlorine type bleach.  STAINEX is an effective stain remover, and also provides disinfection capability.  The product is very active, yet a safe choice for commercial and institutional needs.

PERFORMANCE

STAINEX reactivates the carryover soap in the bleach operation, kills bacteria in the wash operation, and serves to whiten wash as it removes stains.

ADVANTAGES

Double Action – Bleaches and at the same time strips out lime and acid soaps to restore fabrics to sparkling whiteness.

Uniform rate of chlorine release produces effective stain removal, but does not tender fabrics.

Limits carryover in the sour bath.

Works effectively in water temperature as low as 135°F.

Unsurpassed for concentration effectiveness.

Ideal for use in automatic feeding equipment, fed directly from easy to handle/store 2.5 gallon totes.

DIRECTIONS

Light to Medium Soil                           Use 1 ½ – 4 oz. per 100 lbs. of wash at 135°F – 145° F.

Heavy Soil                                          Use 8 – 10 oz. per 100 lbs. of wash at 135°F -145°F.

Rejected Stain and Mildewed             Use 10 – 12 oz. per 100 lbs. of wash at 160°F.  Run

Linen                                                   the bleach bath for at least 15 minutes.

HANDLING

STAINEX is slightly alkaline and is corrosive.  Normal precautions should be taken while handling.  Do not take internally.  If liquid gets in eyes, flush with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes and get medical attention.
